Relaxed Birth & Parenting Pregnancy YogaA weekly pregnancy group that will help prepare you physically and emotionally for birth and beyond with yoga-based exercises, active birth preparation, breathing, visualisation and deep relaxation. A space for you to just ‘be’ and honour your pregnancy, and to meet and share your experiences with other mums-to-be.

POST NATAL EXERCISE
Fit4me: Postnatal ClassA class designed to enable new mums to achieve their fitness goals in a flexible and relaxed environment. This body conditioning class will improve cardiovascular fitness, burn unwanted fat and tone and strengthen the body, whilst improving flexibility and balance. The class ends with deep stretching and relaxation with your baby and is a great opportunity to meet other mums and their little ones.
