The Berkeley Centre account makes it possible for you to make and manage all your bookings online.


Make a Booking
To make a booking, find the practitioner that you wish to make a booking with and select Make a Booking.  This will take you to their calendar where you will be guided through the booking process.

If you know who you want to book a session with, the fastest way to find their calendar is to go to A-Z of Practitioners.

If you're new to The Berkeley Centre, you can learn about all our practitioners by going to Treatments.  Here you can learn about everything that is on offer, see who offers what and read more about the individual practitioner themselves before making a booking.


Confirming your Bookings
Your bookings will not be confirmed until you have confirmed them from within your Shopping Basket. To confirm a booking, simply choose to Pay Now or Pay Later. 

You will only be able to make a single booking the first time you use your account (just in case you are blown away with how easy it is).  After you have paid for your first session, you will be free to book as many sessions as far in advance as you like.


Managing your Bookings
We understand that sometimes changes to your bookings will be unavoidable.  You can use your Berkeley Centre account by selecting 
My Bookings from the main menu to see what bookings you have made and to make changes to your bookings where necessary. Moving or cancelling a booking is subject to each Practitioner's cancellation policy (typically 48hrs) so if in doubt please call us to check.

If you're in any doubt, please just give us a call and we'll be happy to make your booking for you in the normal way over the phone.
